Metrology (calibration), preventive maintenance, staff directory and training / authorisations.
1. Equipment and metrology
Equipment › Metrology › New equipment: name, location, range, tolerance, calibration frequency. Equipment that is not calibrated is flagged and cannot be used for weighing or for monitoring a CCP.
2. Preventive maintenance
Equipment › Maintenance: Preventive plan (frequency in days or running hours) and Intervention. After an intervention, a hygiene check is required before restarting.
3. Staff and training
Partners › Staff: the directory of field staff and the Training and authorisations tab (skills matrix, expiry dates, attendance). See also the HR record, positions and activities and badges.
