Management system: risks, changes, HACCP, audits
Documentation · Management system
Standard requirements managed day to day: risks and objectives, change management, HACCP validation, food defense, internal audits, management review.
1. Risks, opportunities and objectives
System › Risks and objectives: assess each risk, follow opportunities and measurable quality objectives (some indicators are calculated automatically).

2. Change management
System › Changes › New request: subject, description and impact on the HACCP plan, allergens, labelling, customers… A high-risk change requires a review by the HACCP team before a decision.

3. HACCP validation and verification
System › HACCP validation: Suggest the standard plan, then record each verification; a non-compliant result opens a non-conformity.
4. Food defense and fraud
System › Food defense: TACCP / VACCP assessments and security rounds (access, padlocks, seals).
5. Internal audits and management review
System › Internal audits › Plan an audit (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP checklists; findings → non-conformities). Management review: the period's indicators are gathered automatically.
