Create raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products and packaging, with unit, alert stock, GTIN, shelf life and allergens.

1. Open the catalogue

Flows › Products: every item, filterable by category (raw material, finished product, packaging…).

2. Create an item

Click New item and fill in the name, the item code (assigned automatically), the unit, the minimum alert stock and the category.

3. Add useful information

GTIN / EAN for GS1 labels, shelf life (automatic use-by dates), storage (maximum temperature accepted at reception), allergens present (allergen matrix) and, for grains: minimum drying / maturation and mandatory re-weighing before production.

4. Import an existing catalogue

Import loads an Excel or CSV file of items.
