Check a batch label before shipping, release the batch, and manage the allergen matrix and cleaning at production changeover.

1. Release a batch

Quality › Labelling and release: scan or type the label of a finished batch; the software compares GTIN, batch and dates with the recorded batch, then you release (or block) it. With positive release enabled, a batch that has not been released cannot be shipped.

2. The allergen matrix

Quality › Allergens: the products × allergens matrix (from the catalogue) and the lines matrix. After a product containing an allergen, the next MO on the same line is blocked until a validated cleaning is recorded.
